Tracey Botchie is a paralegal with the POAH legal team, which is responsible for managing the corporate legal needs of the company and the legal aspects of loan and property closings.
Tracey forms and maintains corporate entities, assists with federal grant administration, assists the legal and development teams with creating legal documents and helps to coordinate closings for the real estate development staff. Tracey works with staff across all departments at POAH and POAH Communities, providing information and assistance in support of POAH’s mission.
Prior to joining POAH, Tracey was a litigation and real estate paralegal with Looney Cohen & Aisenberg, LLP.
Tracey holds a Bachelors of Science from University of Florida
