Virginia White is a development associate with POAH, responsible for assisting Project Managers in the oversight of development projects, including gathering the appropriate materials for financing applications, updating development proformas, and assembling the due diligence required for construction and permanent loan conversions.
Previously, Virginia worked as a research associate with TAG Associates, assisting public housing agencies navigate HUD processes, including compiling applications, due diligence lists, FHEO approval and more. Additionally, she served as an intern within the City of Cambridge’s zoning department, working in community outreach.
Virginia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Civilization from Wellesley College, along with a certificate in Urban Policy and Planning from Boston University.
