Jackie Powell is a Senior Development Associate with POAH development department, identifying project opportunities, establishing and managing the project budget to achieve projected financial objectives, collaborating with community stakeholders including residents, neighbors, public agencies, along with gathering & tracking the appropriate materials for financing applications and request for proposal responses.
Prior to joining POAH, Jackie served as an asset management intern with Invesco Ltd, monitoring progress with leasing, capital, financial, credit, invoice, and expense analyses for investments across strategies and asset types. Jackie also has experience working in international development, higher education, and startups.
Jackie holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies, Globalization Studies, and Latin American Studies/Spanish from Gettysburg College.
