Robert Plante is a Regional Property Supervisor with POAH Communities, overseeing properties in Northern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.
Robert has over 15 years of property management experience, most recently serving as director of housing at Community Action Program in Concord, NH. He has a wide range of affordable housing experience including various HUD and LIHTC programs.
Robert holds a number of certifications, including CMH, CMM, COS, TCS, CFS and is a Notary Public. He also serves as the Secretary of the Granite State Managers Association (GSMA).
