Dana Mastrangelo is POAH’s Senior IT Associate, supporting the organization’s Information Technology. Dana works on IT projects and initiatives, supports IT operations including video conferencing, works on new construction projects, maintains computer hardware and software, administers various IT systems, creates end user documentation and provides end user training.
He supports POAH’s corporate office locations and employees in Boston, Chicago and Washington, D.C., ensuring the operation of POAH’s networks, phone systems, computer systems, software applications, infrastructure and peripherals.
He has worked for Atari, New England School of Law, National Visa Center, and the U.S. Air Force. He served as an Intelligence Analyst in the United States Army and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Technology from UMASS Lowell.
