Tevin Johnson is a Real Estate Analyst with POAH, responsible for the proper accounting and financial reporting treatment of property acquisitions and rehabilitation costs. He also assists in the preparation and review of cost certifications, audit reports and tax returns for acquired properties.
Prior to joining POAH Tevin was a real estate acquisitions analyst with Tiber Capital Group, where he evaluated and underwrote the acquisition of Core, Value-Add, and Build-to-Rent (BTR) portfolios across multiple states. Tevin also previously served in the U.S. Navy as a cryptologic analyst.
Tevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University Extension School and an Associate of Arts in Spanish from the Defense Language Institute.
