As Senior Acquisitions Manager, Alex identifies project opportunities, develops acquisition strategies, and negotiates with sellers, lenders and investors.
He reviews project information and determines financial feasibility while working with strategic partners. In addition to monitoring and assisting a project’s progress through to development and asset management, he also analyzes and identifies opportunities for policy recommendations to benefit company and industry practices.
Previously, Alex was a director at TCAM where he managed tax credit investor portfolios and helped lead TCAM’s disposition advisory practice. Prior to TCAM, Alex worked in the acquisitions group of Clarion Partners, an institutional real estate investor based in New York City.
Alex holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College.
