Tia Deshuk is a development associate based at POAH’s Chicago office, assisting Project Managers in overseeing real estate developments through a project’s life, including organizing materials and submissions for financial applications, along with project due diligence.
Previously, she was a leasing agent with Uptown Rental Properties in Cincinnati, OH, along with having interned with CMC Properties, and Dearborn County, IN planning and zoning departments.
Tia holds a Bachelors in Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati’s College of DAAP.
