As POAH’s Construction Project Manager, Domenic Columbo works with development project managers, partners, designers, engineers and utility companies to manage projects from preconstruction thru completion.
Domenic will assist the development teams with correspondence with the general contractors, manage the construction and contingency budgets, assist with permitting, be the primary contact with utility coordination, and monitor risk management. He will work with POAHC in the transition to their newly renovated spaces and help with timely close out packages.
Prior to joining POAH, Domenic worked in multifamily construction & rehab for 13 years with CWC Builders. During this time he gained experience in all aspects of the general contracting tasks and excelled in managing occupied rehab projects.
He has a Bachelor in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
