James Carroll is a development associate with POAH, responsible for assisting Project Managers in the oversight of development projects, including gathering the appropriate materials for financing applications, updating development proformas, and assembling the due diligence required for construction and permanent loan conversions.
Previously, James was a senior account representative with MutualOne bank, where he handled customer inquiries, along with performing risk assessment of electronic channels for financial transactions.
James holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Economics from Santa Clara University.
