Caitlin Burton

Communications Manager

As communications manager, Caitlin assists the Senior Communications Director and POAH team with strategies to broaden POAH's brand awareness and build support among a range of audiences including residents, partners, investors, elected officials, media and other stakeholders. She serves as the organization's social media manager and oversees POAH's main website and 10 revitalization websites.

She assists with the production and dissemination of marketing materials, including website content, photos and videos, brochures, special reports, electronic newsletters and press releases in conjunction with POAH’s graphic designers. Caitlin serves as POAH photographer helping to share compelling images that reinforce POAH's brand and messaging. She assists with the execution of property-based events including ribbon cuttings and groundbreakings and maintains stakeholder lists.

Prior to coming to POAH, Caitlin was Communications Manager for Fuller Craft Museum and Marketing Assistant and Digital Marketing Specialist at Northeastern University. She holds a B.A. degree with a concentration in Graphic Design from Bridgewater State University and was winner of First Place in Photography at the University's Annual Art Show.
