Josh Barrett

Josh Barrett is a Vice President, Portfolio Transactions within POAH’s ownership and operations department. Josh is responsible for recapitalizing assets; refinancing debt; completing property workouts; applying for grants; negotiating limited partner exits.

Previously Josh served as a property manager for AvalonBay, AIMCO, Hanover, and Bozzuto.

Josh holds a Bachelor degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from UMASS-Amherst and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University.
