Carmen oversees POAH's Rhode Island portfolio, consisting of 12 properties. She joined POAH Communities in 2015 as the property manager for Grace Apartments. In 2017 she was promoted to Senior Property Manager and further served as mentor for her colleagues as she assisted with initial qualifying for several communities in the portfolio. She was instrumental in the Oxford Place/Gardens acquisition and initial qualification process and went on to manage both Grace and Oxford Place/Gardens simultaneously for over this past year.
She has continued to pursue her professional development, recently pursuing her Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). She also holds ARM, COS, and TCS certifications.
