Osprey Lane

Osprey Lane Apartments, located in Sandwich, Massachusetts, is a critical affordable housing asset for the Town of Sandwich and greater Cape Cod community. Many towns on the Cape have a very limited amount of affordable rental housing inventory. To preserve Osprey Lane as an important housing resource, POAH worked with MHIC, state and local agencies to preserve the affordability restrictions and address some initial capital needs.

As part of its acquisition plan, POAH will replace outdated systems and bring resident programing and our Community Impact team to the property. POAH owns and managing an abutting property, Terrapin Ridge, and believes both properties will benefit from new community connections and continued on-site presences of POAH Communities property management.

POAH hopes to complete a broader renovation of the property in the coming years with a construction plan that emphasizes sustainability and energy efficiency.
