Daniela Hernandez is a Construction Associate within POAH’s development department, assisting with day-to-day contact with third party architects, construction managers/general contractors and OPMs regarding design & construction issues, along with providing building analysis and due diligence.
Prior to joining POAH, Daniela worked as a freelance architect in Bogota, Colombia, assisting in the creation of architectural and structural plan budgets, coordinating with internal and external teams, along with creating workshop plans. Additionally, Daniela had interned at POAH within the construction management team.
Daniela holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Lasell University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Universidad de La Salle in Bogota, Colombia.
