The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on Tuesday last week, February 2, to approve a comprehensive permit for a 39-unit affordable housing development slated for construction at 950 Falmouth Road.
The approval of the project paves the way for the co-developers, the Housing Assistance Corporation and the Preservation of Affordable Housing, to apply for low-income housing tax credits from the state before moving forward with construction. Continued here
