The Mashpee Board of Selectmen during their meeting at Town Hall on Monday, June 28, approved a $300,000 contribution to the construction of a 39-unit affordable housing project slated for 950 Falmouth Road.
The co-developers, the Housing Assistance Corporation and Preservation of Affordable Housing, are in the process of applying to the state department of housing and community development for low-income housing tax credits, which are expected to fund the majority of the 40B project.
