The Mashpee Affordable Housing Committee received an update August 4 on a 39-unit affordable housing project slated for 950 Falmouth Road.
The meeting was the committee's first since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The two partners developing the project—the Housing Assistance Corporation, a nonprofit agency on Cape Cod, and the Preservation of Affordable Housing, a national company—told the committee that they hope to submit plans to the zoning board of appeals this month.
