Jacquelyn Linehan

Jacquelyn “Jackie” Linehan joined POAH Communities in 2019 as an Assistant Property Manager at King's Landing. Her dedication and exceptional performance quickly earned her a promotion in 2021 to Property Manager, where she took on the management of King's Landing, Melpet Farms, and eventually Brewster Woods Apartments.

Jackie is an invaluable asset to the POAH Communities team. She has played a critical role in multiple lease-ups and property acquisitions, consistently demonstrating her leadership and commitment to excellence. Her outstanding contributions have been recognized with several accolades, including the titles of Rent Café Rock Star, Cape Cod Rock Star/Mentor, and most recently, Employee of the Year 2024 at the POAHC Conference.

In addition to her professional achievements, Jackie brings a high level of expertise to her role, holding several certifications in property management. She has earned the COS, TCS, BOS, and HCS certifications from the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM), along with the Spectrum C3P certification.

Jackie oversees a portfolio of eight properties across Boston and nearby Massachusetts areas, continuing to bring her passion, knowledge, and excellence to every community she serves.
