Ellen has over 20 years of experience in the public sector construction and facilities management industry. Her background includes leadership roles at the Chicago Park District and the Chicago Housing Authority where she focused on managing diverse portfolios of capital improvement and facility maintenance programs with a focus on driving efficiencies, lowering costs, and enhancing building performance. She also has extensive experience in managing renewable energy, decarbonization and energy efficient projects.
