Arielle James

Arielle James is a Development Associate with POAH, responsible for assisting Project Managers in the oversight of development projects, including gathering the appropriate materials for financing applications, updating development proformas, and assembling the due diligence required for construction and permanent loan conversions.

Previously, Arielle served as Leasing and Marketing manager for BHom in Atlanta, GA, where she developed and executed targeted leasing and marketing strategies for a 300- unit luxury apartment community.

Arielle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Science from National Louis University and is currently working towards a Master’s in Commercial Real Estate from Georgia State University.
