    Located in the heart of a bustling transportation hub in the Mattapan neighborhood of Boston, The Loop at Mattapan Station is a transit-oriented development developed with Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation on a former parking lot of the Mass Bay Transit Authority (MBTA).     New Construction

    Meridian Point at Goulds Station is a new-construction, affordable housing development located in the Goulds area of southern Miami-Dade County. When completed, it will feature 113 units for families with incomes ranging from 30% to 80% of Area Median Income (AMI). Sixty-eight of these units will be reserved for families currently residing at the nearby Cutler Manor Apartments which is slated to be re-developed into a mixed-income, affordable community.
