Kemar White is POAH's Senior Development Accountant, responsible for the accounting of POAH’s development activity including property purchases, construction in progress, and sources of funds. He works with project managers, lenders, investors and auditors to complete cost certifications.
Prior to joining POAH, Kemar was a Senior Tax & Real Estate Finance Associate with CohnReznick, working with clients in residential, commercial, non-profit & affordable housing, including preparing Low Income housing and Historic tax credit projections and development budgets.
Kemar holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management from UMASS Boston.
