Jon Thompson is a Development Associate at POAH, responsible for assisting Project Managers in the oversight of development projects, including gathering the appropriate materials for financing applications, updating development proformas, and assembling the due diligence required for construction and permanent loan conversions.
Prior to joining POAH, Jon worked as a Paralegal for the New York Business Development Corporation in Albany, New York. There he was responsible for facilitating loan closings and supporting the commercial lending process by reviewing due diligence. Additionally, Jon gained experience working with non-profits interning with Habitat for Humanity and Parks and Trails New York.
Jon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from Clemson University and a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University at Albany, SUNY.
