Katrina Orcino

Senior Energy Management Associate

Katrina Orcino is a Senior Energy Management Associate with POAH’s Design and Building Performance team, where she supports the ongoing stewardship of POAH properties through the implementation of portfolio-wide energy and water efficiency projects. Her role involves identifying opportunities to reduce energy consumption, increase savings and improve building performance, collect and analyze energy use and cost data, recommend interventions and energy conservation strategies, research and pursue utility incentives and source energy project funding, and complete new energy projects across POAH’s entire portfolio of properties.

Prior to joining POAH, Katrina served as an Associate Project Manager at Elevate Energy, where she provided technical assistance and project support for green building consulting, environmental health and multifamily energy efficiency work in Michigan.

Katrina holds a Master of Urban Planning degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Analysis & Design from University of California, Irvine.
