POAH's Florida property donates air conditioners to charity

August 8, 2017

On July 28, POAH donated three pallets of slightly used air conditioners to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul in Orlando, FL after they were used on a temporary basis for Trinity Towers East in Melbourne while central air conditioning was being replaced.

POAH purchased Trinity Towers West, East and South in 2013 and completed renovations on West in 2016 and is now making improvements to East and South. In addition to the HVAC, West and East receive new windows, roofs, flooring, and kitchens and baths.

"POAH was pleased to make these air conditioners available to St. Vincent de Paul, Orlando to support the important work that this nonprofit organization does to serve those in need," said POAH Managing Director of Real Estate Rodger Brown.
