Dena Xifaras
Ms. Xifaras, POAH’s Manager of Portfolio Analytics and Restructurings, focuses her work on two main areas: spearheading efforts to develop systems for managing information about the POAH portfolio and serving as the point person for workouts, asset restructurings, and year 15 planning and negotiations. She worked with POAH’s Development team as a Project Manager for five years overseeing the acquisition and redevelopment of over $100M in total development costs and doing predevelopment assessments, financial and programmatic structuring, budgeting and project oversight. She is involved in finding creative solutions for POAH’s distressed and older assets. Prior to her work at POAH, Ms. Xifaras worked in management consulting with Accenture. Her assignments included overseeing projects in Europe, United States and Asia, where she developed an interest in technology and financial analytics. Ms. Xifaras holds a Bachelor’s degree from Boston College, a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School, and two Master’s degrees from Bentley College (a MBA and a Master’s of Science with dual focus on Real Estate Management and Financial Planning.) She is a resident of southeastern Massachusetts and active in local initiatives including serving on the board for the Old Rochester Regional Athletic Hall of Fame and volunteering for town and youth initiatives. |
