Laura J. Vennard
Ms. Vennard serves as Chief Financial Officer of POAH, which she joined after more than twenty years at Tucker Anthony, Inc., a Boston-based investment banking firm.
As Senior Vice President and Manager of that firm’s Direct Investment Group, she specialized in real estate and housing finance, and was instrumental in placing over $100 million in equity to create 1700 units of affordable housing.
She also served as Treasurer and Executive Vice President of Tucker Anthony Private Equity Capital and Treasurer of Tucker Anthony Resources, Inc. A Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts, Ms. Vennard worked as an auditor in the Emerging Business Services Group of Coopers & Lybrand.
She received her B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany and an MBA from Simmons School of Management in Boston.
