Mr. Niebauer is a paralegal, assisting the acquisition and development staffs with the details of project purchase, financing and closing.

Prior to joining POAH, Mr. Niebauer worked with a Boston legal firm heavily involved in asbestos litigation. He has had substantial experience with project management, staff training and research. Mr. Niebauer is a graduate of Colgate University.
