Ms. Mian, POAH's Deputy Development Manager, focuses on the acquisition and redevelopment of affordable housing projects, including predevelopment assessment and budgeting, financial and programmatic structuring, and project oversight.   During her tenure at POAH, she has been the project manager on the acquisition and recapitalization of over $150M of total development costs.  Among these successful executions was the purchase of six properties from the portfolio of the troubled Greater Miami Neighborhoods which was undergoing bankruptcy proceedings at the time.  As Deputy Development Manager, Ms. Mian also spends much of her time strengthening POAH’s staff development tools and operational systems.   A native of Baltimore, Ms. Mian holds a Bachelor’s degree from Brown University and a Masters in Urban Planning from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University. Prior to attending graduate school, Ms. Mian worked in Baltimore for MMA Financial in their underwriting and asset management groups.
