Cassandria Campbell supports the development team in the process of acquiring, rehabilitatin and financing affordable housing projects. While completing her Master's Degree in City Planning at MIT, Cassandria interned at Fenway Community Development Corporation where she assisted in securing local and federal funds for affordable housing preservation projects. She also participated in the Federal Home Loan Bank's Affordable Housing Competition in 2010 and in the following year served as one of the competition's student coordinators.

Prior to her work in housing, she worked as a Research Associate at Harvard Business School and as the Youth Program Coordinator at The Food Project, a non-profit organization in Boston. In addition to her Master's Degree, she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Swarthmore College.
