R. Lindsay Finkenstaedt

Lindsay Finkenstaedt is an Acquisitions Project Manager, responsible for the analysis and review of rental housing acquisition opportunities, deal structuring and negotiation, and acquisition prospecting.  Prior to joining POAH, Ms. Finkenstaedt worked at Enterprise Community Partners, helping to launch an effort to address family homelessness in New York City.  Ms. Finkenstaedt also spent three years in financial services at Thomson Financial.  As part of Thomson’s Equity Capital Markets group, Ms. Finkenstaedt advised bulge-bracket investment banks on their corporate equity offerings. 

Ms. Finkenstaedt holds a Bachelors degree from Trinity College and a Masters in Urban Planning from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University.  As an Edward M. Gramlich Fellow in Community Economic Development, Ms. Finkenstaedt conducted research and published a working paper on the lack of equity in nonprofit community development, bridging her experiences in the equity capital markets and affordable housing.
