Ms. Dailey is the Manager of Assets for POAH, responsible for the oversight of POAH’s growing portfolio across the country. She works closely with Preservation Housing Management (PHM), POAH’s property management company, as well as with third party managers, financing and other regulatory agencies.

Ms. Dailey brings significant experience in the field of housing management; she was a founder and principal of Independent Managers Incorporated (IMI), a housing management firm specializing in mixed-income urban housing that operated for more than 20 years in the Boston metropolitan area.

She also served as Assistant Director of Residential Real Estate for Harvard University. She began her career in public housing with the Boston Housing Authority. A graduate of Tufts University, Ms. Dailey serves or has served on a number of Boards of area nonprofit organizations, including Caritas Communities.
