Ms. Carpenter, POAH’s Office Administrator, has more than two decades of experience in executive support and office management at a variety of organizations largely in the affordable housing field.

She has previously worked for the Cambridge (MA) Housing Authority, the Massachusetts Executive Office of Communities and Development, Housing Investments, Inc., and Harvard College.
