Rodger L. Brown, Jr.
Senior Developer Rodger Brown has more than 20 years of experience developing and financing affordable housing, focusing primarily on project implementation and financial engineering of redevelopment initiatives. He previously served as principal of a firm which provided financial and project management consulting services to a variety of nonprofit and governmental sponsors of affordable and public housing.

Among the most significant of his assignments were the $187 million redevelopment of the Tasker Homes project in Philadelphia and the redevelopment of the 350 unit Franklin Highlands development in Boston’s Roxbury neighborhood, combining gut rehab of existing stock with new construction on an adjoining parcel.

Mr. Brown also worked as a development project manager for several Boston-based real estate development companies. He is a graduate of Boston College and held a two year HUD fellowship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Department of Urban Planning.
