Mr. Berk joined POAH as in-house counsel in 2008.  He is a graduate of Wesleyan University and the Boston College School of Law; he also completed a term of legal studies at King’s College in London. 

In addition to his work with several area law firms, Mr. Berk has played a key role in the development of two recent mixed-use projects, one in Boston’s Dudley Square and another in Worcester. He chairs the Young Leaders Group Community Outreach Committee of the Urban Land Institute.
