Ms. Adduci is the Manager of Accounting for POAH, responsible to facilitate the accounting aspects of all property purchases and rehabilitation costs, including general ledger activity, financial reports and statements. She also assists in the preparation of cost certifications and tax returns for acquired properties.

A Certified Public Accountant licensed in Massachusetts, Ms. Adduci previously worked as a property accountant for The Community Builders and for Ziner & Company, PC (later Ziner, Kennedy & Lehan, LLP) as an audit manager specializing in affordable housing. She oversaw client management for audit engagements, performed cost certification audits for newly constructed and rehabbed projects, prepared financial statements, footnote disclosures, partnership and non-profit tax returns. Ms. Adduci is a graduate in Business Administration from Bryant College.
