Zachary is POAH's Senior Development Accountant, responsible for the accounting of POAH’s development activity including property purchases, construction in progress, and sources of funds. He works with project managers, lenders, investors and auditors to complete cost certifications.
Prior to joining POAH, Zachary worked at HYM Investment Group as a senior project accountant on The Sudbury and Amaya at Suffolk Downs projects. Previously he worked at The Dolben Company as a property accountant with a focus on projects in development and as a senior accounting specialist for Avesta Housing in Portland, ME.
Zachary holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Memphis.
