Nathalie Janson assists in the management of large-scale development projects at POAH, from initial underwriting and predevelopment work through scope development, collaboration with partners and stakeholders, financing and closing, construction oversight, and conversion to stable operations. She is also a Kuehn Foundation Fellow.
Prior to joining POAH, Nathalie provided financial technical assistance to public housing authorities undergoing RAD conversions and developing mixed-finance housing.
Nathalie has a master’s degree in urban planning from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, where she focused her studies on affordable housing and was recognized for academic excellence. During her studies, Nathalie also worked at the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies, NeighborWorks America and the DC Auditor’s Office.
