Herbert Morse, Chairman
Mr. Morse is a founding director of Preservation of Affordable Housing, Inc. A graduate of Boston University and Babson College, Mr. Morse is a Certified Public Accountant and the retired Managing Partner of the Metropolitan New York region of the international firm KPMG Peat Marwick.

Since his retirement, he devotes his time and energy to a variety of local and national volunteer pursuits: in addition to POAH, Mr. Morse currently serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army's School for Officers Training for the Eastern Territory and as Chairman of the Army's Board for Greater Boston. He is a founding member of the National Equity Fund (where POAH originated), and sits on its Board as well as that of The Boston Foundation.
