Mr. Goldhaber is Vice President, Affordable Housing & Government Business Development for Genworth Financial. Previously he served as Vice President of Public Affairs for Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac) and held various legislative and regulatory positions with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

He is a board member of North Carolina Community Development Initiative Capital Inc., is a member of the National Housing Conference and formerly served on the National Institute for Community Empowerment, Inc. (NICE). Mr. Goldhaber, a graduate of American University, holds a Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Illinois.
