POAH currently owns and manages 4,921 affordable rental homes in 8 states and the District of Columbia. Residents of POAH-owned homes are seniors on fixed incomes, the disabled, and working families whose jobs represent the lower end of the wage scale. On average, these residents earn only 30% to 50% of their community's median income.
