Ms. Taylor is responsible for accounting, information technology and human resource management at Preservation Housing Management, LLC (PHM) with responsibilities also in accounting and special accounting projects at POAH. Prior to her arrival at PHM, Ms. Taylor held senior financial positions with commercial real estate /construction firms in the Midwest. She has also taught accounting at the college level.

Ms. Taylor is a magna cum laude graduate of Park University and she holds an MBA with distinction from Webster University in St. Louis. Ms. Taylor is a Certified Public Accountant – Kansas.
