Mrs. Robaina has direct responsibility for the management of the PHM portfolio in Florida. She has extensive experience in property management, having previously directed property management operations for a portfolio of 12 low income housing tax credit apartment communities. She has worked for Cornerstone Group, REEF Management, The Related Group & AIMCO. She also plays an integral role in the construction rehabilitation process which POAH is undertaking in connection with its acquisitions in Florida. A native of Miami, Mariana supervises sites in the Miami and Jacksonville markets and will be involved in other communities in Florida as POAH expands its portfolio within the state.  She maintains her office in Miami.
