Ms. King is PHM's national Director of Resident Services.  She brings a distinguished background in creating and implementing training, education and enrichment programs for children, adults and the elderly, and a clear understanding of how affordable housing and support services can form a network to promote community stability and resident retention.  An honors graduate of Truman State University, Ms. King has been a frequent lecturer at local colleges and supportive service agencies, and is an active board member for the Housing Authority of Kansas City and other community entities.
