Brenda Hernandez joined PHM in 2011and brings with her expertise gained from her work initially as an occupancy specialist, property manager, senior property manager and regional property supervisor.  Prior to coming to PHM she managed a portfolio of 2,600 units in Florida.  Ms. Hernandez also serves on the board of a Massachusetts non-profit service organization.
