Deborah Burke is responsible for the oversight of the Compliance Department at PHM.  Deborah brings extensive expertise in affordable housing programs (federal, state and local) as well as in Fair Housing and Section 504/ADA.  Prior to joining PHM, Deborah was an integral part in developing a compliance department that established a solid reputation in quality compliance practices.
