Ms. Gleason is PHM’s newest team member and she comes to PHM with 12 years of experience in the industry.  She has extensive experience in acquisition rehabilitation of apartment developments and she has an impressive background in training as well. Cheryl is a graduate of Bridgewater State College and maintains an office in suburban Boston.  She is transitioning new properties in New England for PHM.  Prior to coming to PHM Cheryl held key positions at SC Management and Equity Residential.
