Mr. Felgar has worked in the multi-family housing industry for more than 20 years, holding executive-level positions with Volunteers of America, the National Housing Partnership, Cardinal (now Equity Residential) and other organizations involved in the development, acquisition and preservation of affordable housing. He also held several Fortune 100 corporate financial planning positions. He is a graduate of Penn State and holds an MBA from Suffolk University; he has also completed professional coursework at MIT and Duke University.
