Mr. Donovan is assigned to the New England Region. He has a long history as an effective and highly regarded multifamily manager in the Rhode Island area, but his experience is rooted in the real world: he began his career as a site manager in a multifamily, mixed-use subsidized development. His extensive knowledge of physical plant issues is particularly valuable across the PHM portfolio. He supervises sites in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He is a graduate of Fitchburg State College.
