Mr. Donovan has a long history in multifamily housing management. In 2010 he became PHM’s Director of Maintenance and Procurement after a highly successful run as being a Senior Regional Property Supervisor for PHM in New England.

In this new role Mr. Donovan provides expert knowledge to PHM and POAH staff on property physical assets, operating systems and their related maintenance.  He also is playing an increasing role in purchasing as part of PHM’s cost management program.  Mr. Donovan is a graduate of Fitchburg State College and is a Certified Property Manager.  Mr. Donovan is a past President of the Greater Rhode Island Chapter of IREM.
