Ms. Cabral is PHM’s newest Regional Property Supervisor addition and comes to the company with an impressive set of affordable housing credentials.  Most recently she was an Asset Manager for Mass Housing for a large affordable apartment portfolio.  Expert in both Section 8 and the low income housing tax credit programs she will manage existing and new construction apartment developments in New England from her office in suburban Boston.  Ms. Cabral graduated from Northeastern University and is now pursuing a master’s degree.  She is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Cape Verdean.
